For hygiene and safety purposes, all hijabs and modest wear purchased from Fäsirä are final

Our products come into direct contact with hair and skin, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

We encourage you to carefully review product details, descriptions, and colors before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you happen to receive an item that is

damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may ask that the item be sent back to us for inspection.

Please note:

Any refund or replacement will only be processed after we receive and examine the item

The final decision will be based on whether the issue is determined to be on our end

Fäsirä reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet these requirements.
